In the following you will learn the process in 6 simple steps and will be perfectly prepared for your personal video application!  The following video gives you a first overview: 

Step 1: install the app 

Simply download the Talentcube app to your smartphone free of charge from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store . 

Step 2: Enter the job code 

After opening the Talentcube app, you can directly enter the so-called job code.  The job code is either sent to you by e-mail from a company or you can find it on various job advertisements from our partner companies. 

Step 3: train with sample questions 

Before the right video application starts, you have the opportunity to practice with sample questions.  To do this, simply click on the orange area "Practice with sample questions" in the tutorial of the Talentcube app.  Up to 10 questions are available for your dress rehearsal.  The created trial videos are neither saved nor sent. 

Step 4: implementation of the video application 

You are perfectly prepared - let's go!  Simply answer three questions via video that your dream employer has previously defined.  You have 45 seconds to prepare for each question to consider what you want to say at all.  Then the video recording starts automatically.  You can now convince the company with your personality in 45 seconds.  In case you get confused, this is absolutely no problem: you have a total of 3 attempts per question to record your video. 

Step 5: add resume 

Almost finished!  If you have not yet sent a CV to the company, you can easily do so in the app (see screenshot).  There are two ways to do this: either you import it directly from XING or you enter the most important information manually in the app.  You also have the option of adding a wide variety of documents to your application. 

Step 6: Upload application.  Finished! 

Upload your application directly via the app and it will be immediately forwarded to the company you are applying for.  Your perfect video application is ready.  I wish you success! 

After you have successfully submitted your application, it is the company's turn to check your video application.  You can view the current status of your application via the Talentcube app.
