In rare cases, you may receive an error message when entering your data. This is usually for very simple reasons and can be solved quickly so that you can start your application. 

Just do the following checks:


Check 1: Check the entry of the job code

Look again at the job ad or landing page and check the correct entry of the job code. Often 0 and O or I and L are confused.


Check 2: Exit and restart App

Close the Talentcube app once completely and restart it. This establishes a new direct connection to the server.


Check 3: Contact Support

If none of the previous solutions worked, just contact us directly via the support chat in the app or on the landing page. We will then help you directly.
