Step 1: Install the App

Just download the Talentcube app for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to your smartphone.

Step 2: Answer your favourite questions via video

Go to the section "Create an application homepage" and answer your three favorite questions first in up to 45 seconds by video. You can choose from personality, motivation and qualification the questions that you think best suit you and your dream job. 

You can repeat the recording of the questions until you are really 100% satisfied.

Step 3: Maintain resume

Then add your professional resume in a few clicks. There are two ways to do this: either import it directly from XING or enter the most important information into the app yourself. You also have the option of adding the most important documents to your application. 

Step 4: Address the company personally

Almost done! In the last step you can give details about your application. You can enter the name of the company as well as the job title.

Step 5: Upload your application. Receive e-mail Done!
