In rare cases, you may get an error message when you type. This usually has very simple reasons and can be solved quickly so that you can start your application.
Just do the following checks:
Check 1: Check entry of job code
Check the job ad or landing page and make sure the job code is entered correctly. Often 0 and O or I and L are confused.
Check 2: Reload website
Reload the Talentcube page. This establishes a new connection to the server.
Check 3: Restart browser
Close your web browser completely and restart it.
Check 4: Contact Support
If none of the previous solutions worked, contact us directly via the support chat in our web app or on the landing page. We will be happy to help you.
