In the following 7 simple steps you will get to know the process auto be perfectly prepared for your personal video application! The following video will give you a first overview:

Step 1: Install the App

Simply download the Talentcube App for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to your smartphone.

Step 2: Enter jobcode

After opening the Talentcube app, you can directly enter the so-called jobcode. The jobcode will either be sent to you by e-mail from a company or you can find it on various job advertisements from our partner companies.

Step 3: Train with sample questions

Before the correct video application starts, you have the opportunity to practice with sample questions. Just click on the dedicated area "Practice the interview" in the tutorial of the Talentcube app. Up to 10 questions are available for your rehearsal. The created rehearsal videos are neither saved nor sent.

Step 4: Execution of the video application

You're perfectly prepared - let's go! Just answer the video questions your dream employer has previously defined. The company also determines whether you have 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds of preparation time per question. Take this time to think about what you want to answer. The preparation time is the same as the time you have to answer each question.

Now the video recording starts - convince the company with your personality.

In case you get messed up, that's absolutely no problem: you have several attempts per question to record your video.

Step 5: Answer Multiple Choice - / text questions

Following the video recording, your employer can also define multiple choice questions and/or short text questions. Don't worry - there is no timer here!

Step 6: Add resume

Almost done! If the company asks for your resume, you can do so easily in the app (see screenshot). There are two ways to do this: either import it directly from XING or manually enter the most important information into the app. In addition, you have the option of adding various documents to your application.

Step 7: Upload your application. Done!

Upload your application directly via the app and it will immediately be forwarded to the company you are applying to. Your perfect video application is ready. Good luck!

What happens after the application

After you have successfully submitted your application, it's the company's turn to review your video application. You can view the current status of your application via the Talentcube app.
