It can happen that your mail client or mail program does not open automatically when you send an e-mail manually. This is how you solve the problem:
- First of all, it may be that you have activated a pop-up blocker in your Internet server, in which case a message should appear at the bottom of the page. If so, deactivate the pop-up blocker in your browser settings and reload the Talentcube website. Now the problem should be solved.
- If the cause is not the pop-up blocker, then your laptop/PC has set the wrong mail program. To change this, right click on the Windows icon, then on "Apps and Features" "Standard Apps" and select the correct mail program.
