The "Send invitation automatically" function is a simple and convenient way to send invitations directly via Talentcube. However, there are a few points to keep in mind. 

Missing signature & email

When sending automatically, the e-mail address [email protected] is used and there is no possibility to use your own internal signature. 

Conversion of placeholders 

As soon as you click on "Send invitations", the invitations will be sent directly. Therefore, please check the invitation text in the preview and make sure that your text appears as requested. Simply click on one of the coloured circles with the initials of the individual candidates. The preview will then appear directly below.

Invitations could not be sent, what to do?

Even with automatic sending, it is possible that the e-mail could not be delivered due to various reasons. For example, because the e-mail address is incorrect or the mailbox is full. This will then be displayed as follows: 

If this problem occurs again, simply proceed as follows:

  1. Check the e-mail addresses again. Missing letters, dots or underscores are a common source of error. You can edit the e-mail address using the pen button.

  2. Click on "Resend". A pop-up will open where you can send the invitation automatically or manually. 

  3. If a second sending does not lead to success, please contact support. We will then find a solution for you.
